Abstract Background Interstitial Pneumonitis (IP) is one of the pulmonary complications associated with mammalian Target of Rapamycin-Inhibitors (mTOR-Is).Sirolimus and everolimus belong to mTOR-Is.According to studies, IP is caused by both.Case presentation This is a case report in a kidney transplant recipient.We want to present a case of IP after 50 months of sirolimus consumption.
